Tyr Ningursa Vas Saat develops, compiles, and licenses highly deterministic algorithmic software and statistical frameworks. We are a pure-play intellectual property R&D laboratory operating at the intersection of applied mathematics and high-performance computing. Our research division operates continuously, with daily development cycles producing iterative refinements to our licensed software portfolio.

We are not a financial institution. We do not hold market exposure, manage external capital, or execute transactions on any global exchange. We engineer the computational logic layer; our institutional licensees deploy it.

Strictly B2B.

Our business model is purely B2B. We license compiled proprietary software binaries and quantitative computational frameworks exclusively to qualified institutional counterparties under bespoke commercial agreements.

Our licensing arrangements are structured as defined-term, closed-scope intellectual property licenses. We provide the mathematical architecture and computational frameworks; our licensees provide the hardware infrastructure, market connectivity, and proprietary data ingestion.

Our software is engineered for maximum computational density. Standard commercial off-the-shelf configurations frequently bottleneck our middleware. We consult on and design custom, bare-metal hardware topologies tailored to the specific thermodynamic and data-intensive demands of institutional data centers.
